1. PARKING ARRIOLA
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR SUBSCRIBERS
- This contract is governed by the terms and conditions of use of the parking facility that can be found on the parking signage or at the following link: https://cp-plus.es/contrato-aparcamiento/
- Subscribing to this pass does not guarantee a parking space if the facility is full. Parking spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This pass does not guarantee the assignment of a fixed parking space number.
- Vehicle access to the parking is controlled by a license plate recognition reading system and CCTV.
- Additionally, traffic within this parking facility is managed by a traffic light system operational throughout the premises, and for everyone's safety, it is mandatory to strictly adhere to it; a red light means that the vehicle must remain stopped/stationary, and a green light allows movement but always with caution.
- Your access as a subscriber will be limited to the time slot and period you have contracted.
- Your pass will be enabled for a single license plate, thus you cannot have two license plates associated with the same pass. Doing so will result in fraudulent use of the pass and will result in a ban from accessing the parking.
RATES AND RENEWALS:
- All passes must be paid for in advance.
- Pass renewals are neither automatic nor implied and are subject to prior payment, availability of spaces, and the prevailing rates at all times.
- Outside the validity period of your pass, your vehicle's stay will be calculated based on the current rotation rate displayed in the parking facility.
PARKING SPACES FOR SUBSCRIBERS
- Except for duly justified exceptions, parking areas assigned to subscribers will be restricted to the 4th and 5th floors of the parking facility.
- During the validity period of your pass, you may park your vehicle in any available space on the floor assigned to you.
SURVEILLANCE
- The entry and exit of each vehicle will be recorded through the closed-circuit television system (CCTV) and our License Plate Reading Cameras system.
- CP PLUS Parking is licensed to operate with CCTV throughout the internal space of the parking facility.
- This parking will be remotely attended and controlled with random security patrols and will be monitored 24 hours a day through the CCTV from our security and control center.
RESPONSIBILITY
- CP Plus will not accept any responsibility for losses or damages to vehicles parked in the designated areas, due to acts of third parties, including vandalism or accidents.
- Neither CP Plus nor Ágora Inversiones Patrimoniales S.A., owner of Arriola Parking, will have any responsibility in case of failure of the traffic light system installed.
- The parking does not offer locker zones or temporary custody of your belongings. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to keep their belongings under control at all times.
- CP PLUS Parking España does not offer a key custody service in this parking facility.
- CP PLUS Parking España will not be responsible for parking your vehicle in the facilities of this parking.
PENALTIES
- Fraudulent or abusive use of your pass will result in its immediate cancellation, without the right to claim and/or any compensation.
- Fraudulent use of your pass will be formally communicated by CP-Plus Parking España SL and may imply the immediate cancellation of your subscription as a subscriber without you having the right to any type of claim and/or refund.

- In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data you provide as well as those obtained within the framework of the purposes for which they are to be processed, will be incorporated into a file owned by CP PLUS PARKING ESPAÑA, S.L., for the purpose of managing the use of Arriola parking by you, as well as for any management related to access to the parking, the surveillance of the facilities, and any other purpose of interest in managing the operation of parking services.
By signing this form, you expressly consent to the processing of the data for the purposes described above. If you do not complete the required data in the form, or do not accept the processing of your data, we will not be able to offer you the described parking services.
Furthermore, at any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending an email to administracion@cp-plus.es, or a letter to C/ Progreso 72, 2nd floor, 32003 Ourense, indicating in the communication the reference "LOPD". Finally, you commit to notifying CP PLUS of any modification of the personal data provided in this form.

- Fraudulent or abusive use of your pass will result in its immediate cancellation, without the right to claim and/or any compensation.
- Fraudulent use of your pass will be formally communicated by CP-Plus Parking España SL and may imply the immediate cancellation of your subscription as a subscriber without you having the right to any type of claim and/or refund.
